Nintendo has revealed plans to release a Metroid Prime Trilogy this August.

The bundle will feature Retro's shooters that originally appeared on GameCube as well as the more recent Wii game.

According to IGN, the trilogy will be released on a single Wii disc and all games will now feature full widescreen, 480p support and the same Wii Remote and Nunchuk controls that made Metroid Prime 3: Corruption a hit.
