SingStar Gets Wireless Mics (CVG 18/12/08)

Sony will finally drag its singing franchise kicking and screaming into the 21st century with new wireless microphones. About time too.
The new wireless mics will be out next year, says Sony, although it leaves you to guess when exactly. Surprisingly, they'll work with both the PS3 and PS2, so you'll be able to do your girly twirls without getting tangled up no matter what console you're playing.
No pictures or price details have been release, but Sony has called for people to test the new devices in a blog post on the SingStar MySpace page, so expect some grainy pictures on the internet soon.
