Resident Evil 5 demo hitting PSN on February 2

In less than a week, Sony gamers will have their share of fun with zombies. The Resident Evil 5 demo will be hitting the PlayStation Network on February 2, three days earlier than previously announced. I seriously hope there wasn't some miscommunication somewhere.

The demo will contain two levels, and three modes of action: single-player with AI support, split-screen co-op, and online co-op. Yeah, basically the same thing the Xbox 360 demo has. One week's worth of extra waiting doesn't qualify you for extra content.

The game itself will be out on March 13 for both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
