I havn't heard alot of good english-speaking bands (I've been into J-Rock for the past 6 months) but 3Oh!3 is brillant. That song is very good. Can you link/embed another video by 3Oh!3 or similar.

What are some good J-Rock bands? I would like to start listening to some but I have no idea where to start.

I started with listening to songs from Anime (Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's is where I started) I started listening to a band called "alice nine." (There is a video of them here) which was the closing credits for yu-gi-oh and I love the song. Another song by them is called "Rainbows"
